The look on Brian’s face when I told him about this movie was priceless. That’s right, it’s about a tire in the middle of the desert that suddenly becomes self-aware, complete with telekinetic powers, and goes on a killing spree. It’s hard to say how much of a comedy this is, but it seems to be on the serious side of the fence of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.
Rubber is getting a wide release on February 25, 2011.

Heard some good things about this. This is a tiny movie so let’s hope it gets a proper release so we can at least catch it at the indie theater.
Yeah, I don’t expect to be seeing this anytime soon, but it does seem to be the exact kind of thing to wind up on Netflix’s streaming library.
